Pixelmon has a handful of external moves that can be used by a player. All external moves vary in how they work and what Pokémon can use it. One Pokémon may also have multiple external moves they can use, in which case you can cycle through the available external moves using B, and in order to use an external move, you can click the button G. These are the default buttons and can be changed through your Controls. Please also note that in MirageCraft, due to their destructive nature, some external moves are disabled and can not be used in the server. A list of these can be found below.

    Flash
Flash, or the ability Illuminate, creates a temporary light source around the area. This has a 30 second countdown.

    Fly/Teleport
Fly and Teleport are two external moves with the same use. It is an external move that teleports you to the last place you used a Healer, regardless of whether or not that Healer currently exists, and can only be used by Pokémon that know the moves Fly or Teleport respectively. This external move has a cooldown of 1 to 7 seconds based on the Pokémon's speed stat. The formula to check the cooldown is as follows: max(7-(2*speed/5)1)

    Forage
Foraging is something any Pokémon is capable of. When you use Forage, you have a chance to receive a certain item. Upon usage, the Pokémon searches the block the player is looking at and based on compatibility, you will either be given an item or you will receive nothing. This compatibility is based on the Pokémon's type as well as the type of block the player is looking at. Foraging also has a 25-second cool down. For more information on what item you could possibly receive and other important information, please check Forage.

    Headbutt
Headbutt is an external move that can be used on trees for a chance to initiate a battle with a wild Pokémon. Headbutt has a cooldown that varies for each Pokémon. The Pokémon that you encounter varies from tree to tree and biome. Some Pokémon may also be asleep when you begin the battle. You can see the list of Pokémon with their spawning requirements here.

    Heal
Heal is an external move only accessible for those with Milk Drink or Soft-boiled, and will restore some health to the Pokémon that the player is looking at, with the only exception being is if the Pokémon is in battle or if the Pokémon is already at full health. Heal will damage the Pokémon that uses Heal by 20%, and then transfers that health loss to the targeted Pokémon. If the targeted Pokémon is to go above its maximum health due to the Heal, excess health will be wasted. This external move comes with a 15-second cooldown.

    Mega Evolution
Mega-Evolving outside of battle is also considered an external move. In order to mega-evolve, you must have have equipped a Keystone and the mega stone corresponding to the Pokémon. When you mega-evolve, you will be shown the evolution animation then the Mega version of the pokémon will be on screen. This Pokémon's stats will also be updated to that of the mega evolved Pokémon, you can check the stats to see the new buffed up stats!

    Sweet Scent
Sweet Scent is an external move that can start a random battle against Pokémon that appear when meeting the requirements.
