A problem every Minecraft server has is scammers. Not everyone is a nice or trustworthy person! MirageCraft Staff are always happy to help if you get scammed, and will do everything necessary to return you your items. However, there are some things that you can do in the event you get scammed or prevent scams.

    Claims

Always keep your buildings claimed. If you claim your belongings, it is impossible for anyone to grief you. To check if you have claimed your area, you can use the command /claiminfo. This will show you the information of the claim that you are standing on.

If the claim owner is administrator and the name is Wilderness, it means this area has not been claimed and you should claim it immediately if it is your area. Alternatively, you can also right-click a block with a stick to check if it is claimed or not. If a claimed area gets griefed, it means it is the fault of someone you trusted within the claim.

For more information on claims, go to Claiming Land.

    Screenshots

When making a deal, you should take a screenshot of both parties agreeing to the deal in case something goes wrong. You might feel it is a bit too much, but it's better to be safe than sorry!

    Example:
Here is an example on how to make a safe trade, and what to screenshot for proof. Make sure you save this screenshot somewhere you won't lose it!

    Report

In the event that you are scammed or you get griefed, MirageCraft staff are more than happy to help! If you are griefed or scammed, you can make a ticket via Discord. You can join the discord here.

When reporting a grief, coordinates are a necessity. For reporting a player, screenshots of what they did is also a necessity. If you can provide us this information, we will do what we can to resolve the issue.

Make sure you submit your ticket to the proper category!

    GTS

Some GTS listings, such as pokemon photos or plushies can be quite misleading in the listings. Make sure to check what you want to purchase is what you are after. You can always hover your mouse over a pokemon to show its IVs and other stats. If it doesn't show these stats, its probably a photo or plushie, not a real Pokemon.

If you're unsure on the item or pricing then MirageCraft Staff are more than happy to help.

    Player Warps
Some player warps will cost money to teleport to, or may be dangerous, so always check before you tp! To do this, use /pwarps and find the one you're about to tp to. You can check in one of the categorized pages, or you can sift through the "All Warps" page.

Once you find the warp you're looking for, hover over its icon and read its description carefully. If it's dangerous to tp there, it will warn you at the top of the description. If it charges you money to tp to, it will say how much next to "Cost".
